services throughout the South West of England and beyond.
We offer Civil Engineering services in relation to highway & sewer design & various aspects associated with this.
Architectural services can vary from planning applications for small extensions
to full applications for multiple dwelling housing estates.

SEWER DESIGN
Working with developers or individuals to prepare foul & surface water sewer designs. This can vary from small private drainage schemes to detailed S104 (sewer) adoption agreements relating to large housing or commercial estates
HIGHWAY & FOOTPATH DESIGN
Preparing detailed highway & footpath design our scope of work can vary from small junction improvements to create adequate visability for single dwellings to obtaining S38 (highway) adoption approval for estate roads serving large housing estates
DRAINAGE STRATEGIES
We work closely with many Architectural practices throughtout the South West and are often instructed to prepare supporting information to accompany planning applications. This can range from soakaway reports to detailed surface water management plans and pretty much anything
in between.
OTHER CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES
Cadworks also offers vehicle swept path anaylsis and can track a range of vehicles from small hatchbacks to maximum legal size articulated lorries. We can also prepare engineering drawings on your own stationary, "we call this our white service"

As engineers we would like to think that we offer added value to any scheme be that by cost saving or simply better understanding the constraints associated with a particular site.
